Manage subscription
Set the plan and start or open billing.
Where this is: Open a registered client, then Manage subscription.
Step 1. Check plan and status
The line under the heading shows the current plan and status, and whether Stripe billing is already on file.
Step 2. Change the plan if needed
Gold Member is $19.95/mo. Platinum Managed is $39.95/mo. Click Save plan after you change the dropdown.
Step 3. Start or manage billing
Start subscription (Stripe Checkout) is for a client with no card on file. Manage billing (Stripe) opens when Stripe is already connected.
Step 4. Mark inactive without deleting
When an active client should stop, mark them inactive. That keeps the account and your notes.
