Creator Content License Agreement

1. What This Covers

This agreement governs Content you provide through facilitator tools, moderator workflows, or other creator programs on RFTS. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions and any separate facilitator, affiliate, or catalog agreements you may have with Success Center. If there is a conflict about Content you upload, this agreement controls for licensing of that Content.

2. Definitions

Member-only Content is Content you upload for specific members you manage. It is delivered only to those authorized members and is not part of the public Success Center library unless we separately approve and publish it.

General Library Content is Content Success Center publishes to the broader RFTS catalog for subscribed members. Inclusion requires our written approval and may be subject to additional terms, including revenue or attribution arrangements.

3. License You Grant

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Success Center a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, encode, adapt format for streaming, create thumbnails or previews, and deliver your Content through RFTS to members you authorize and, if separately approved, to the General Library.

This license includes the right to use your name, professional title, and likeness only as you provide for attribution (for example, facilitator profile or track credits) and only in connection with displaying or promoting the Content you submitted.

4. Scope of Use

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, facilitator uploads are Member-only Content. We will not add Member-only Content to the General Library or make it available outside the members you select without your separate written consent.

Members may stream Content for personal use within RFTS as part of their subscription. They may not download, copy, redistribute, or resell Content except as we explicitly allow in product features.

5. Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the Content or have all rights needed to grant this license.
• Your Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity.
• You have obtained any required releases for voices, music, samples, or other third-party material in your recordings.
• Your Content complies with applicable law and our content standards below.
• Information you provide about the Content (title, description, credits) is accurate.

6. Content Standards

You may not upload Content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or sexually explicit without proper age gating and consent where required.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Contains malware or is designed to disrupt the platform.
• Misstates credentials, guarantees specific medical or therapeutic outcomes, or replaces emergency or professional care.
• Includes personal data about a member without their consent.

Guided wellness and hypnosis-style recordings are welcome when presented responsibly. You are responsible for staying within your professional scope and applicable regulations for your practice.

7. Compensation

Facilitator, affiliate, and management compensation is governed by your separate program terms with Success Center, not by this agreement. This license does not entitle you to additional royalties for Member-only Content unless we agree in writing.

If we invite your Content into the General Library, compensation and credit terms will be set out in a separate written agreement or addendum before publication.

8. Takedown and Changes

You may request removal of Member-only Content by contacting us. We will use reasonable efforts to remove it from active delivery, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

We may remove or disable Content, or suspend upload access, if we believe it violates this agreement, member safety requirements, or law, or if required by a valid legal process.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Success Center against claims arising from your Content or your breach of this agreement, including claims of infringement or misrepresentation, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We provide hosting and delivery tools "as is." We do not guarantee specific member outcomes from your Content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Success Center is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your Content or this agreement.

11. Term

This agreement begins when you first upload Content or accept it and continues while your Content remains on the platform. Sections that by nature should survive (representations, indemnification, limitation of liability) survive removal of Content or end of your facilitator access.

12. Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued uploads after an update constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the facilitator console or email where appropriate.
